I hope everyone who celebrates Easter had an enjoyable weekend last week.

My husband and I went to a restaurant in the area for brunch. Although we’ve eaten at Quigley’s we have never attended brunch at their location. I have to say it was FABULOUS! Lots of yummy things to eat and the service was excellent as usual. We’ll be going back. Hmm… I wonder if they have one on Mother’s Day?
